Mr. Moustafa Mansour is the Senior Adviser to the Office of the Founding Partner at Mahmood Hussain Advocates and Legal Consultancy. With a significant and acclaimed presence in the Middle East, Mr. Mansour has over 32 years of experience in his role as a lawyer handling cross border disputes and litigations dealing with civil, criminal, real estate and commercial matters.

He is a member of the Court of Cassation, the Supreme Administrative Court and the Higher Constitutional Court of Egypt.  In his long legal career, Mr. Mansour has represented some of the largest local and regional conglomerates including high net worth individual and entrepreneurs before all courts in Egypt.

With a vast experience in handling Arbitration and Litigation matters, Mr. Mansour has advised and received favorable decisions with respect to nullification and ratification of local and foreign Arbitration Awards. Mr. Mansour has assisted in providing expert opinion on UAE Laws before Arbitral Tribunal and foreign courts.

Mr. Mansour has headed his own successful practice in Egypt and provided consultation to several renowned firms and acted as General Counsel for Middle East Development LLC where he was the legal advisor to the Chairman, Sheikh M. Tarek Binladen.

Currently, Mr. Mansour is the head of Litigation and Dispute Resolution and handles a team of professionals advising on complex disputes ranging from USD 130 million to over USD 270 million.
