Saad is an Indian Qualified Lawyer, currently working as a Legal Researcher with Mahmood Hussain Advocates and Legal Consultancy.
At MHLF, he has been associated to works related to drafting and reviewing Joint Venture Agreements, Share Purchase Agreement, Sponsorship Agreement, Brokerage Agreement for Financial Institutions, Non-Disclosure non-circumvention Agreements and a myriad of transactions involving Licensing and Distributorship agreements including International Commercial Arbitration in Engineering Procurement and Construction Contracts, Sale Purchase Agreements, Complex structuring of Shareholding Agreements and Employment Contracts. He is well rounded in research in all aspects of contractual law, tax law, accounting, securities law, bankruptcy, intellectual property rights, licensing, zoning laws, arbitration, civil laws and other regulations relating to specific areas of business. Also he can ensure that a transaction does not conflict with local, state, or federal laws.
Currently, he is also engaged in supporting the arbitration team on key arbitration matters before international bodies such as the ICC International Court of Arbitration and the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) providing assistance on drafting and liaising with the centres on behalf of our Clients.
Saad attained his masters in law degree from National University of Singapore in June 2016. His LL.M program provided an overview of International Commercial Laws with a particular focus on International Business Regulation, Litigation and Arbitration. Previously, he earned his bachelors in law degree from Jamia Millia Islamia University, New Delhi.
